OUR HISTORY

We don't just build structures, we build relationships.

Grace Construction Consultants was founded on the idea that relationships are key to success in the industry. Relationships establish trust and trust builds a cohesive team. It is this team focus approach that sets GCC apart. The team at GCC is comprised not just of employees, but includes everyone who touches the project.  Our employees are encouraged, from the top down, to connect with all members of the project team. It is this personal connection that brings out the best in people and establishes trusting relationships that continue through the ups and downs of the life of a project.

Originally GCC was established as a development company, focused on alignment with developers, to provide seamless leadership through the course of a project. Logically, it made sense to establish a construction division to manage the greatest risk in a project. The establishment of the construction division allowed GCC to bridge the traditional disconnect from the goals of the developer to the goals of the contractor so that decisions could be made in the best interest of the project.

Acting as the developer and the contractor exposed the need to manage the procurement of FF&E, equipment, and other key components. To address this need, GCC established a procurement division. The procurement company allowed GCC the ability to take their focus on relationships to a new level with international vendors. These relationships facilitate buying power and consistent delivery of items that are traditionally known to cause delays in the industry.

At Grace Construction Consultants, it is our goal to align with developers and provide a seamless delivery of a project. In order to accomplish this, GCC focuses on connecting with people to build relationships and ultimately establish trust amongst all members of a project team. It is this approach that allows GCC to become the ultimate project leader and own the process from start to finish.

People want to do business with people they like, trust, and respect so we focus on fostering relationships with people.
